Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company's operational strategy to support overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with the CFO to ensure financial targets are met and financial health is maintained.
- Ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the supply chain, from procurement to delivery.
- Lead human resources initiatives, including talent acquisition, development, and retention.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Oversee customer service operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the planning, execution and completion of major projects and programs.
- Work closely with the CEO and other executives to develop and implement overall business strategies.
- Provide operational insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including agents, partners, suppliers and regulators.
- Represent the company in negotiations and at industry events.
- Implement quality control measures and address any issues promptly.
- Communicate changes effectively to employees and manage resistance to change.
- Ensure the organization adheres to environmental regulations and promotes social responsibility.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of executive leadership experience, ideally in beauty, wellness, or direct sales
- Strong knowledge of MLM models and China’s social commerce landscape
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset and data-driven decision making
- Fluency in Mandarin required; English proficiency is a plus
