Junior Executive
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily packing and shipping of products to customers and agents.
- Perform stock checks, update inventory logs, and report discrepancies.
- Process and maintain logistics-related documentation (e.g. DO, invoices, packing lists).
- Coordinate with courier partners to schedule pickups and resolve delivery issues.
- Prepare monthly logistics reports and assist with audit documentation.
- Support return/exchange processes and quality control of items before dispatch.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the logistics area.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or relevant field.
- At least 1 year of working experience in logistics or warehouse operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and document handling.
- Able to handle physical tasks such as packing and lifting boxes.
- Responsible, organized, and able to work independently.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
