Responsibilities:
- 1. Brand visual design
- o Responsible for the design of the company's daily online and offline promotional materials, including: WeChat Moments pictures, challenge KV, promotional activity pictures, live broadcast visuals, community posters, etc.
- o Output visual content that matches the brand tone to enhance user impression and agent communication efficiency.
- 2. Marketing activity support
- o Quickly respond to activity needs (such as holiday activities, limited-time flash sales, live broadcast investment promotion, training courses, etc.) according to the marketing rhythm, and complete the design of related visual materials.
- 3. Brand content packaging
- o Design product manuals, brand story pages, training PPT covers, investment promotion materials and other content materials to enhance the overall visual image of the brand.
- o Assist in building a unified and extensible brand visual system to facilitate agent communication and team collaboration.
- 4. Cross-departmental collaboration
- o Collaborate with marketing, content, e-commerce, live broadcast and other teams to participate in creative brainstorming and activity plan formulation.
- o Quickly respond to feedback and optimize versions to ensure efficient and high-quality delivery.
Requirements:
- ’ College degree or above, majors in visual communication, graphic design, advertising art, etc. are preferred;
- ’ Proficient in using mainstream graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.;
- ’ Have good typesetting skills, color sense and visual communication logic;
- ’ Understand the visual trends of new media, and have a certain understanding of social communication and WeChat business circle of friends;
- ’ Have a strong sense of responsibility, time management ability and teamwork awareness;
