职责：
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management: idea generation, development, testing, launch, iteration.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback studies to guide product strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, marketing, sales, operations, and design.
- Define and monitor product KPIs aligned with sales targets and user satisfaction.
- Coordinate product education initiatives for internal teams and sales agents.
- Ensure product compliance with local regulations and company brand identity.
要求：
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Science, Engineering or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in beauty, health, or FMCG sectors.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in user research and product data analysis.
- Familiar with Agile or other project management frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across departments.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin; Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
